Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add seats and stores at any time, and changes are prorated automatically. We don't typically offer downgrades because moving to a smaller plan changes your account structure - if your needs have changed, reach out and our team will help you find the right fit.
Your data is encrypted in transit, and every account is isolated through multiple independent layers of protection, so no other account can ever see your data. AI prompts are scoped so models only see data that belongs to you. AI requests are processed exclusively through endpoints covered by Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements, so prompts are not retained by the model provider once your response comes back, and your data is not used to train any AI model. Conversation history is auto-deleted from our systems after 31 days, and you can delete any individual chat at any time.
