How it works
- Attach the file to Ava. Drop it into Ava, the AI assistant in Vendee Pro, from your desk or your phone.
- The AI reads the order. It picks up the header (vendor, order date, ship and cancel dates, payment terms) and every line: style, color, size, quantity and cost. A file that holds several orders is split into one draft PO per vendor and PO number.
- You review the matches. Each line is matched to your catalog, by barcode first and then by product name within the vendor. New sizes or colors are shown for you to accept, and you can create a new vendor right on the review page.
- Approve once. One click creates the draft purchase order and adds any new products to your catalog, with the product images from the file when it has them.
- Send it when you're ready. Nothing reaches your Shopify or Heartland Retail store until you push products, send the PO, or receive stock.

Why buyers stop retyping orders
Retyping a 40-line order from a PDF takes time and invites mistakes: a size off by one row, a cost from the wrong column, a style that already existed under another name.
