Show Mode: capture without friction
Open Show Mode on your phone. The screen defaults to everything you set at the start of the day: the vendor, the category, the destination location, the product manager, the buy curve, the markup. Snap a photo of the shoe, tap the name, enter the wholesale price. The retail auto-calculates from your markup. Fill the variant grid or choose a size preset. Submit. The next product is ready before the rep finishes pitching.
The sticky defaults that matter
Every field that changes rarely during a session is sticky. When you walk into a new vendor’s booth, change the vendor; the rest stays. When you change categories within a vendor, the category updates; the rest stays. You’re never re-entering six fields to capture one product.
Palette autocomplete
Colors repeat across lines. Vendee Pro learns your palette and offers autocomplete chips as you type. Black, Ivory, Camel, Olive. Fewer keystrokes, fewer duplicate color spellings, cleaner catalogs.
Two-axis quantity grid
Sizes down, colors across, quantities in the cells. Totals update live. Fill the first color’s column and copy across with a single tap. Use a saved buy curve to apply a size distribution in one action. Save a new distribution as a curve without leaving the product screen.
Voice input
Talking is faster than typing on a market floor. Vendee Pro’s AI assistant accepts voice for product capture, for quick questions ("what’s my remaining OTB with this vendor?"), and for note-taking. Speech is transcribed by your device; we don’t record continuous audio. AI Assistant →
Draft PO auto-created on submit
The first product you submit to a new vendor creates a draft PO for that vendor at the default location. Every subsequent product in the session adds lines to the same PO. At the end of the session, review the PO, adjust, and submit to the vendor. No manual consolidation, no post-show data entry marathon.
Import the vendor catalog instead
When a brand hands you a line sheet, skip the manual capture. Import the CSV, map the fields, and the catalog lands with images, variants, and costs. Combine with Show Mode to capture additions the line sheet missed. CSV import →
Quick Capture mode for the chaotic moments
When there’s no time for a full product card, use Quick Capture: photo plus name plus total quantity plus price. The detail fills in later, back at the hotel. The key is that the product enters the system on the floor, while the memory is fresh.
