Vendee Pro
Solution

For apparel buyers.

Apparel is a two-axis business: size and color. Vendee Pro’s product model, PO entry, inventory, and reports all treat it that way. Reusable buy curves encode your size distributions. OTB tracks your fall buy against your plan. The tools line up with the job.

Two-axis variant grids

Every product capture screen in Vendee Pro supports a row-axis + column-axis grid. Sizes down the side, colors across the top, quantities in the cells. Totals roll up automatically. Fill the first color’s column and copy across with one tap. The same model powers inventory, PO receiving, and reports, so a single SKU’s journey through the system respects its two-axis identity from capture to sell-through.

Buy curves as reusable size templates

Every apparel buyer has a size distribution they lean on. 1-2-3-2-1 for tops. 1-3-3-2-1 for bottoms. A different curve for men’s versus women’s, premium versus basic. Vendee Pro lets you save those as named buy curves and apply them to a product in one click. When the vendor offers XS-XXL and your curve is XS-XL, the math respects that and flags the difference. Save-as-curve works inline: if you type in a new distribution and want to keep it, save it from the product screen.

Color palette autocomplete

Colors repeat across a vendor’s line. Vendee Pro learns the palette from prior products and offers autocomplete chips when you start typing a new color. Black, Ivory, Camel, Olive, the palette fills in as you build your catalog. Fewer keystrokes, more consistency, fewer duplicate color names.

OTB by category and vendor

Apparel buyers live inside categorical OTB. Tops vs bottoms vs outerwear. Premium brand budgets separate from opening-price-point. Vendee Pro supports budgets at any combination: category, vendor, store, season. Remaining OTB is live, so the moment you submit a PO, the figure updates and the next buy sees the right number. Sell-through by variant

Did the green medium outsell the black medium? Is size 8 missing across the whole line? Reports in Vendee Pro drill to the variant level because that’s where apparel sell-through lives. You can see top sellers, dead stock, and sell-through rate at the variant cut, then pivot to reorder exactly what moved. Reports →

Works with your existing stack

Apparel retailers most often run Shopify or Heartland Retail, and Vendee Pro integrates with both. Variant grids, size and color axes, and location mappings all transfer cleanly. Integrations →
