Solution

For footwear buyers.

Footwear lives or dies on size runs. Vendee Pro lets you define reusable size-run axes (size, width, and any custom axis you need), save buy curves you can apply on every new PO, and match incoming vendor files against your existing size values case-insensitively (so “7.5 D”, “7.5 d”, and the same value with stray whitespace all land on the canonical axis value once you’ve defined it once). The PO screen, the inventory grid, and the reports all respect the axes.

Reusable size-run axes

Set up your standard footwear size runs (men’s, women’s, kids’, half-sizes, wide-fits) as named variant axes once, and pick them on every new product so the size column fills in the same way each time. When you bring in a vendor file or B2B feed, incoming size strings are matched against your existing axis values case-insensitively and whitespace-tolerantly — so a row labeled 7.5 D, 7.5 d, or  7.5 D  all snap to the canonical 7.5 D you already defined on the axis, and end up in the same bucket for buy-curve matching and reporting.

Size curves for footwear

Footwear size distributions differ from apparel and differ by category. A men’s dress shoe curve isn’t the same as a running shoe curve, and a regional store mix is not the same as a flagship. Vendee Pro lets you save as many buy curves as you need and apply them per product. Enter a new distribution, save it as a curve, and reuse it next time. Purchase orders →

Reorder rules that match the rhythm

Footwear sell-through tends to be more predictable than fashion apparel. Core styles run year-round. Reorder rules in Vendee Pro, combined with a 30-day moving-average demand forecast, keep core runs in stock without over-committing to a specific size. Auto-generate draft reorders from the low-stock dashboard and let the system propose vendor-grouped draft POs you confirm with one click. Reorder automation →

Variant-level inventory

Size 10.5 D out at the downtown store while size 10 wide is sitting in the back at the warehouse is a real retail problem, and the only way to see it is at the variant + location level. Vendee Pro mirrors both, surfaces the mismatch in reports, and recommends transfers ranked by margin upside (you execute the actual move in your POS). Inventory →

Two-axis grids for multi-width or color-variant lines

When a footwear style comes in both color and size, or width and size, Vendee Pro’s grid accepts the two-axis input naturally. Totals roll up. First-column quantities copy across with a tap. Receiving, inventory, and reports all respect the axes.
