Live POS and e-commerce integrations
Vendee Pro’s integrations are not one-way exports. They are real-time, webhook-driven, two-way connections that keep your buying tool and your selling system in agreement. New products you create in Vendee Pro publish to the connected store. Sales pulled from the store update on-hand inventory. Cost adjustments flow back. Your buyer, your floor, and your reports all see the same numbers.
Vendor catalogs and bulk import
Most retail buying still happens in spreadsheets. Vendee Pro accepts the spreadsheets vendors actually send: a header-auto-detect pass resolves columns via a fallback list (handle / name / sku / vendor_style_name, wholesale_price / buy_price / cost, and so on), images are downloaded and converted to WebP, and per-row errors are surfaced so a single bad row doesn’t sink the whole upload.
REST API (v1)
A Sanctum-token REST API exposes products, purchase orders, vendors, categories, tags, OTB budgets, reports, snapshots, and an AI chat endpoint. Account-owner scoped. Get in touch for a token and the resource reference.
What live sync actually means
When we say "live," we mean webhook-driven. The connected system pings Vendee Pro the moment something changes on its side, and Vendee Pro pings back when the change starts on ours. Practical impact:
- Sales arrive via webhook. Shopify
orders/*push sale events within seconds, with a daily reconciliation pull as a safety net. - Inventory adjustments propagate fast. Receive a PO at the warehouse, and the stock count is updated on the connected system in seconds.
- Catalog stays in step. Add a product in Vendee Pro, and it’s available to publish to Shopify from the same screen.
- Variant and location mapping is explicit. You map a Vendee Pro location to a Shopify location once, and the system honors that mapping forever.
