Most retail buying still happens in spreadsheets. Vendee Pro accepts the spreadsheets vendors actually send, with smart field mapping that learns from one upload to the next, image URL fetching, and per-row error reporting so you can fix exactly what failed without re-running the whole file.

What live sync actually means

When we say "live," we mean webhook-driven. The connected system pings Vendee Pro the moment something changes on its side, and Vendee Pro pings back when the change starts on ours. Practical impact:

• Sales pulled hourly. Sales reports inside Vendee Pro reflect what rang through your POS within the last hour.
• Inventory adjustments propagate fast. Receive a PO at the warehouse, and the stock count is updated on the connected system in seconds.
• Catalog stays in step. Add a product in Vendee Pro, and it’s available to publish to Shopify or push to Heartland from the same screen.
• Variant and location mapping is explicit. You map a Vendee Pro location to a Heartland or Shopify location once, and the system honors that mapping forever.
