Vendor catalogs and bulk import
Most retail buying still happens in spreadsheets. Vendee Pro accepts the spreadsheets vendors actually send: no manual mapping required, product images downloaded and optimized for you, and per-row error reporting so a single bad row doesn’t sink the whole upload.
REST API (v1)
A token-authenticated REST API exposes products, purchase orders, vendors, categories, tags, OTB budgets, reports, snapshots, and an AI chat endpoint. Account-owner scoped. Get in touch for a token and the resource reference.
What live sync actually means

- Sales arrive in seconds. Shopify and Heartland Retail sale events land in Vendee Pro within seconds, with automatic safety-net syncs as a backstop.
- Inventory adjustments propagate fast. Receive a PO at the warehouse, and the stock count is updated on the connected system in seconds.
- Catalog stays in step. Add a product in Vendee Pro, and it’s available to publish to your connected POS from the same screen.
- Variant and location mapping is explicit. You map a Vendee Pro location to a POS location once, and the system honors that mapping forever.
